winealsa.drv patch to enum all software devices from .asoundrc

I do not agree with this approach.
Because if tomorrow I will add a new device to .asoundrc, I will also
have to add it to the WINE registry?
Of course it will work, but it is far easier to select the available
device from list, even if in that list is more devices than necessary.
