Is it safe yet for developers to upgrade to Ubuntu 12.04?

Ubuntu 12.04 is still buggy in general (but not crashy!). Most of the
reported bugs have not been fixed yet.

I would also recommend waiting at least for 12.04.1 before considering
it again.
