translation: meaning of 'magazine' in winerror string

Apparently this is ERROR_MAGAZINE_NOT_PRESENT/STATUS_MAGAZINE_NOT_PRESENT 
errors. Wine doesn't currently produce this error.

Google only points to all sorts of malware when asked about this error code.
