Launchpad project for Wine

I "own" the project in launchpad.  I fixed the typo.  Thank you.

The Wine project doesn't have bugs in launchpad, instead you file them
either upstream (winehq) or against an Ubuntu Wine package.  The
latter is preferred if it's something ubuntu-specific.

I don't know about recovering your launchpad account if it no longer exists.
