Call to action: Windows 8 tests cleanup

There are still a lot of failing Windows 8 tests. If I only look at 
tests that fail on every single system we have test results for and 
further ignore most Direct X tests, I already get 29 tests for a total 
of 533 individual test failures!

Overall we have 47 tests that have failures on Windows versions ranging 
from XP to 8.1. We need a lot more tests to succeed in order for the 
WineTestBot to be at its best.
