d3d9: update locked_rect only if wined3d_surface_map succeeded (try 3)

As I'm doing drive-by patching to fix My Favorite App, I have no idea
what can possibly be the problem here.

If someone could shed some light on why w864 behaves differently from
the other systems, that would be appreciated.
