Is here anybody which knows what the following function is supposed to
do and what needs to get implemented? I'm referring to this:<br>

fixme:winsock:convert_sockopt Unimplemented or unknown socket level<br>
err:winsock:WS_setsockopt Invalid level (65407) or optname (128)<br>
