updates: Run the latest winetest, the tag window appears, and the text

box has focus. user32.dll v 5.2.3790.0<br>

My desktop, Windows XP Pro SP2 with all the latest updates: text box

has focus<br>

So, on all three, I can immediately start typing in a tag.<br>
