<div dir="ltr">Hey Aric, can you please explain?<div>In both Pootle and Transifex you can have a language maintainer.</div><div><br></div><div>In Pootle you can set permissions for each and every user as the maintainer while in Transifex you can only allow or disallow people who want to assist (And they have full permissions, they can affect the translation without the intervention of the maintainer).</div>

The core issue is the ability to directly connect each translation to the translator. None of the platforms we have looked at have this functionality.<br>

If i have more time I can try to explore the pootle code as I have at least passing familiarity with it... But out of the box it does not do what we need.<br>
