    I don't think so, it's kind of normal for PSDK to include generated
    header only for some files. Not sure why they do that, probably to
    have them ready to include and skip generation step for end user.
    Also it's cleaner to write it by hand in terms of copyrighted
    materials, that's mean you can't copy parts or whole file from
    PSDK/VS installation but you're free to look at definitions.<br>
