dplayx patch and WSASend stub

Hi all,
  the attached patch contains some cleanup and small improvements for dplayx. 
I've also implemented a not very good WSASend semi stub which seems to do 
(get a message to the other side).

  The patch is against the last release, but should apply cleanly to CVS.
