Improvements to ComboBoxEx

Thanks to Michael Stefaniuc, he pointed out another program that uses
ComboBoxEx (and Rebar).
It is WinRAR. And sure enough it found poorly implemented items in both.
This patch fixes the issues raised with the ComboBoxEx.

      - Implement CB_{GET|SET}ITEMDATA for CombBoxEx.
      - Implement WM_NCCREATE to remove unwanted window styles (as native
does).
      - Clean up some traces.
