Even more misc fixes

* include/wine/port.h:
Removed inclusion of winnt.h because the porting layer
shouldn't include Windows specific stuff. Beside it is
not needed AFAICS. Tested on Linux, Solaris and FreeBSD.

*** comm

* dlls/kernel/comm.c,
  include/winbase.h,
  include/winuser.h:
- Moved comm related protoypes to the correct .h file.
- Cleaned up the include section.

*** cleanup

* include/commctrl.h,
  include/dplay.h:
Cleanup/removal of unnessary things that would have made
winapi_* parsing more complicated.

Fixed some warnings.
