* Makefile.in:
wine needs to be build before winedbg.

*** getcommconfig

* dlls/kernel/comm.c,
  dlls/kernel/kernel32.spec,
  include/winbase.h:
Fixed GetCommConfig number of arguments.

*** thread

* include/msvcrt/process.h,
  dlls/msvcrt/msvcrt.spec,
  dlls/msvcrt/thread.c:
- Added, cleaned up and/or documentated _{begin,end}thread{,ex}.
- _lfind and _ltow are implemented (not stubs).

*** ultow

* dlls/msvcrt/wcs.c:
Removed implementation of _ultow since it is 
forwarded to NTDLL in the .spec file.
