Next version of ComboBoxEx

This version of ComboBoxEx seems to handle most of the functionality needed
by IE4 and either the COMBOEX spy or the REBAR spy. Things unimplemented are
most of the extended styles, callbacks, drag-and-drop, and the iOverlay
image. Everything else *seems* to work. No guarantee! :)

  dlls/comctl32/comboex.c
   - Documented things known to be unimplemented.
   - Implemented CBN_SELCHANGE, CBN_KILLFOCUS, and CBN_SELENDOK.
   - Corrected CBEN_ENDEDIT notifies to always have edit control text.
   - Locked "selected" state of icon to focus state of edit control (if it
exists) just like native.
