Push Button drawing fix

This patch fixes a bu in the drawing of Push buttons.  This should make this 
part of the code nearly bug-free.
       All that has to be implemented for perfect drawing of push buttons is 
for the buttons to be drawn without BF_SOFT if Wine detects that it is being 
drawn for a Windows 3.x program (except for certain circumstances such as 
Caption buttons, default buttons in a common dialog, and the buttons on a 
standard Message Box.)
