Documentation: fixed debugging channels list

  documentation/running.sgml,
documentation/wine.man.in.
  Added channel loaddll to the list of debugging
channels. I came across this channel in
loader/module.c. Synchronized lists of debugging
channels between running.sgml and wine.man.in.
