Resolve 'getting-wine' clash in the documentation

[Francois Gouget]

Both getting.sgml and faq.sgml were using 'getting-wine' as the id for
one of their sections. This rightfully caused Jade to complain.

Changelog:

 * documentation/faq.sgml

   Change 'Getting-Wine' to 'FAQ-Getting-Wine' since the former is
already used in getting.sgml
