Toolbar additions to Commctrl.h and spy.c

This adds the base for Toolbar enhancements.

  include/commctrl.h
   - Add BTN_... definitions (replacement for TBSTYLE_...).
   - Add definitions of additional TBSTYLE_EX_ styles. Including
     undocumented one used by IE5.
   - Add additional toolbar message definitions including 
     undocumented ones used by at least IE5.

  windows/spy.c
   - Trace undocumented toolbar messages.
