Dim inactive LED segments in WineMine

Hello!

The LEDs in WineMine are hard to read because the inactive segments are
almost as bright as the active ones.  This is less a problem on CRT
displays, but I have hard time reading the score on my Sony LCD display.

I edited leds.bmp in GIMP and reduced brightness of the inactive segments.
I didn't try to minimize this patch (or I would have to use other tools).
GIMP made leds.bmp slightly smaller (2274 vs 2326 bytes), probably by
using a shorted palette.
