Error loading dll always reports file not found

Hi,

Problem reported on the user mailing list ("Missing .so libraries for
DLL files") was not a missing but a corrupted mfc42.dll.

Changelog:
	loader:	pe_image.c

	In PE_fixup_imports report "module file not found" only in case
	of a "file not found" error. Otherwise report failure and 
	error number.
