John K. Hohm <jhohm at acm.org>
Reimplemented DllRegisterServer and DllUnregisterServer in a more generally
useful way, entirely in regsvr.c.  Added (un)registration of interfaces.

Please delete wine/dlls/comcat/regsvr.h, it's not needed anymore.
