PATCH: fix dlls/winedos/dosvm.c

Jukka, as far as I can tell the following broke all platforms except
i386-linux:

  Remove obsolete code from DOSVM_Wait.
  Prepare DOSVM_Wait for handling nested interrupts in both real and
  protected mode.
  Provide temporary workaround for keyboard related deadlock.

The patch below fixes this.
