[DSHOW-11] AVI Splitter

Hi,

Here is the long promised AVI Splitter implementation. Unfortunately this is 
going to be my last patch for DirectShow for a while as I have become very 
busy recently. Our filtergraph implementation is still a bit buggy so I 
haven't been able to get any apps working with this yet, but maybe I will 
work on this sometime in the future.
