This is a patch for bug_report.pl, this is what I've changed any why
Removed info about  Utah Jazz Page @ http://www.gojazz.net web page, the domain
is now property of Roar.com, that offers it for sale at 1200 $, so it has nothing
to do with wine any more.
A test message to magicbox at bestweb.net returns	

- These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail server:

so I've removed that too. His ICQ is still active so I'll ask him if he wants
his current email added, I'll send a incremental patch if he agrees.
Updated the message warning about wine being stripped, it's quite hard to not
get wine from the internet, as we don't ship the retail version yet.
Added winver information for windows me and windows server 2003
updated date format from YYMMDD to YYYYMMDD (This can be considered our
millennium bug)
Changed a few output messages so they are more intuitive/constructive/uptodate.
