It appears that it is something like this:
Uwe sent his patches in two groups, timetagged around 11:30 UTC (13:30
+0200) and 15:00 UTC. The second group was received at winehq about
10:04 -0500 (I assume Minnesota time).
Hannu sent two patches timetagged about 12:30 UTC (14:30 +0200), half an
hour earlier than the second group of Uwe's patches. However, they
actually arrived at winehq at 10:30 -0500, half an hour after Uwe's patches.
So apparently someone's clock is off.
It appears that the patches get listed on the index page in order of the
timetag embedded in them. But the chaining of next/previous is
apparently done in actual order received.
