Hi,

 Changelog:
  - fix the dxdiag.h (again)
  - IDxDiagContainerImpl implementation
  - IDxDiagProvider::GetRootContainer (who create the root container)

 Todo:
  - correct sub containers creations 
  - properties (i have to find an app who use it)
