[D3D8] begin to use real values for IDirect3D8::GetAdapterIdentifier

Hi,

 as some games use cards/vendors ids to active/deactive select rendering 
options, i try to provide some real values (currently from NVidia drivers).

Changelog:
  - more FIXME -> TRACE
  - begin vendor/card detection (versions/names)

Todo:
  - use FillGLCaps for providing exacts values on GetAdapterIdentifier
