Hi,

 Changelog:
 - implements D3DRS_LOCALVIEWER  (too easy:) )
 - more GL caps for GL_NV_texgen_reflection and GL_EXT_stencil_wrap
 - remove some #ifdef/#endif
 - add D3DFMT_V8U8 support (needed by BumpEarth dx8 demo)
 - declare the support of bump mapping (not implemented yet)
