Hi,

 Changelog:
 - Fix compilation again using olders GL headers (glCompressedTexImage2DARB 
problem)
 - Fix dx114 patch (typo on constant) (so dx115 include the previous/114 
patch)
 - detection of NVidia texture_shader and register_combiners extensions
 - begin to implement BUMPMAPPING using NVidia Texture shader extension (not 
really work for now)
