[bug 1352] 4nt traps

4nt traps firstly in app code if not run in an nt mode (can anyone tell me
if it traps if run on win98 for example?)

Then it traps inside NtQuerySystemInformation, due to us not checking a null
pointer. Once this is solved, you get the command prompt. I havent tried
testing any further!
