configure.ac: removing tests for unused OpenSSL headers

One of my patches introduced autoconf tests for OpenSSL headers. Since rsaenh 
does not use OpenSSL any more, we don't need the tests either. I did a grep 
for HAVE_OPENSSL_.*_H and it seems that only HAVE_OPENSSL_SSL_H is used in 
other parts of wine.
