EnumDisplaySettingsExW. count 24bpp display modes as 32bpp and a use the correct test.

 Hi, 
 I've attached a patch to count 24bpp display modes
 as
 32bpp display modes in wined3d/directx.c
 EnumDisplaySettings.
 
 I've also corrected the ordering of the loop
 condition
 so that the displaymodes actually get tested.
