Update of the CVS page.
1) We don't have "several" servers, we only have , so we might as well make this
clear.
2)CVS is used in the opensource community, not in the freeware community
(Remember that freeware is proprietary
3)List commands for download from EU server
4)Tell users of slow connections to use z9, as they probably have more processor
power than bandwidth.
