Remove PRINTDLG_GetDefaultPrinterName

Hi,

The usual arguments apply about using standard Win32 functions and not
duplicating functionality: better documented, fix bugs in one place, etc.

Changelog:
Remove PRINTDLG_GetDefaultPrinterName; use Win32 GetDefaultPrinterA/W
instead
