Docu update

This patch uniforms the cvs download instructions to the ones in lostwages, so
the wine-specific setup isn't needed (I've tested this and cvs does NOT complain
about missing ~/.cvsrc or ~/.cvspass, it silently creates them with the correct
information), it's more user friendly and the update command is much shorter.
