This is a clean room implementation of cards.dll.
While it is not really an official windows system dll,
it is almost always present, and several applications
depend on it.

This implementation is based on the cards.dll descriptions on
http://www.catch22.org.uk/tuts/cardtut.asp and
http://www.catch22.org.uk/tuts/cardtut2.asp, and only implement
the dll as far as described there. It is usable in its current state,
but will require some further work, as the above descriptions seem
to miss some of the cards.dll functionality.

It is using card bitmaps available at
http://www.jfitz.com/cards/index.html. The cards are present in the
patch as ascii, in cards.rc resource. There is also a shell script that
automatically fetches the card file, and generates the resource file,
mostly in the interest of making development easier.
