Hi,

 I'm trying to fix some installers who checks the MsiServer services and 
ClassFactory

 Changelog:
  - implement DllGetClassObject,DllRegisterServer,DllUnregisterServer for 
msi.dll (as the interfaces aren't documented we only have stubs)
  - added a new file (regsvr.c)

 note: 
  - In regsvr.c i have a little modification for handling InProcHandler32 
registry Key
  - the original msi.dll seem to install the MsiServer service (msiexec.exe) 
on DllMain, can anyone can confirm ?
