Fix IOlePicture

My last patch to fix the loading of gif pictures didn't take into
account that the byte array should be align on a long boundary. This
patch fixes that so now all gif load.

Changelog:
      * Correctly creates the byte array of gif images to match what
CreateDIBitmap expects.
