 Changelog:
  - Many IDirectMusicSegment fixes (loading)
  - AudioPath crash fix (don't use DSound APIs if buffer is null)
  - Move generic functions to dmime_main.c for future reuse (from segment.c)
  - IDirectMusicTempoTrack loading (many tempo case must be handled)
  - IDirectMusicSegTriggerTrack loading implementation (now DMRF/DirectMusic 
References loading should be done)
