wininet: Convert FTP to unicode

Lots more to come after this, the patch was getting too large

Move all FTP functions to an A->W calling convention, rather then W->A.

LIST parsing now does its own globing, rather then rely on the FTP server.
This is what windows does, and will ensure wildcards are handled
consistently between different FTP servers.
