EnumDateFormats patch

	I have implemented the EnumDateFormatsW function in the kernel
DLL. I have also vastly improved upon the EnumDateFormatsA function, adding 
support for many more locales. The formats enumerated reflect upon every 
possible combination with the three supported date seperators, as it is 
possible to get them in Windows.

I have enclosed the patch for the file against the latest source package.
