added tests to kernel\tests\directory.c

Added a test to make sure that CreateDirectoryA/W does not create multiple
non-existing directories in the path given. Only the last directory can be
non existing or Windowsl fails. I suspect Wine is incorrect on this point
and creates all missing directories in the path (bug is filed a long time
ago, but is still "NEW"). 

The added tests pass on Windows 2000.
