Brush colors

Hi,

My app thinks its a neat trick to put extra values in a COLORREFs
unused high bits. Native windows doesn't seem to mind this, so this
patch masks to the relevant r/g/b portion before using the value.
Without this patch the backgrounds of some dialogs don't get drawn.

    Use only the RGB bits of colors in brushes
    The check against stock brushes was missing the last 2 entries
