Some conformance tests for msvcrt printf functions

Printf tests moved from scanf.c, and added to. One of these is currently 
commented out as it causes Wine to crash (is there something like a 
wine_todo which causes the test to be skipped altogether?), and a number 
of them generate warnings. This cannot really be helped as the behaviour 
being tested should do so - but that doesn't mean people won't do it :-).

Changelog:
