[SHLWAPI] Implemented PathSearchAndQualify (fix)

There was a typo when I added the HeapAlloc test, now fixed.

ChangeLog:
 * Implement partially (there's still a FIXME) the PathSearchAndQualifyA and
W functions (with A->W call).
