[DPNET] Cleanup/Correct

Hi,

 I'm back (after a long time without coding) and seems that many directx dlls 
are brokens after COM "migrations"

Changelog:
 - fix use of deprecated wine COM Macros in DPNET
 - use InterlockedDecrement and InterlockedIncrement instead of ++/-- in DPNET
