winhlp MACRO_JumpContext

Hi,

My app brings up context sensitive help using this macro, which
doesn't currently bring up the help file at all. Until its
implemented properly, lets bring up the contents and let the user
hunt for the context themselves ;)

As with previous patches, some extra lines stripping trailing
whitespace appear.
