This revised patch adds the following:

dlls/winmm/wavemap/wavemap.c
Adds Jeremy White's waveOutGetPosition fix to waveInGetPosition.

dlls/winmm/tests/capture.c
Adds Jeremy White's WAVE_FORMAT_DIRECT/WAVE_MAPPER fix.
Adds waveInGetPosition checks.
