ole32: support BSTRs in PropVariantClear, PropVariantCopy (take 2)

Oops, didn't do my research well enough.  Native has its own
implementations of these, apparently to avoid circular dependencies.

ChangeLog: implement PropSys{Alloc|Free}String, and support BSTRs in
PropVariant{Clear|Copy} using them
